The experimental Sacramento noise rap trio just announced a brand new album by dropping a massive 22 1/2-minute megamix. You should probably check it out
Less than a week after Zach Hill (vocals, keyboards, guitar, drums, producer) and Andy Morin (guitar, bass, and engineer) dropped the digital release for Bodyguard, the brand new album from their side project, The i.L.y.s, it looks as if another upcoming LP from Death Grips, their main project alongside vocalist Stefan Burnett, is already in production. About 15-minutes ago, the group posted the following message via their social media accounts, just as casually as they’ve done anything else since their inception.
“we’re working on the new death grips album.
but in the meantime, here’s a new track/mix. it’s 22 minutes”
So… there you have it. There’s really no time or point to keep typing anything more about this; you’ve got a full 22 1/2 minutes worth of chaos to listen to and, by the time you’re done, who knows what else they may have released.
