It’s encouraging to see the efforts to raise money for Los Angeles wildfire relief continue. So many different approaches have been taken from art print releases to benefit albums and concert events. The latest comes from The California Picture Project (CaPP) which has brought together over 160 artists to contribute their photography for a 10-day open-edition print sale.

Starting today, February 28th, until March 9th, an exclusive collection of 8″ x 11″ photographic prints will be available for purchase, with 100% of net proceeds benefiting the California Community Foundation Wildfire Recovery Fund.

Among the impressive roster of contributing photographers are such names as Danny Clinch, Kim Gordon, Martin Parr, Spike Jonze, Petra Collins, Moses Sumney, Nadia Lee Cohen, Sofia Coppola, and Nick Zinner.

Each photo will be produced as a pigment inkjet print on ILFORD Galerie Smooth Pearl paper. The photos will be available in landscape or portrait orientations, with a variable border individually specified by each artists.”

Sales are open now at CaliforniaPictureProject.org. Each print is priced at $150.
