Skateboarding has gotten bigger and bigger over the last decade or so. More and more kids are going out, getting exercise and doing crazy fresh new shit. Someone that I have always had tons of respect for, both for his amazing talent and his innovative style, is Rodney Mullen. This month we just want to give mad props to the king of the flatland flip tricks. Here’s to you Rodney Mullen. Thanks for doing Christian Slater‘s tricks in Gleaming the Cube for him. That kid is amazing. Awesome movies both.

And I especially liked the Clash / Massive Attack combo soundtrack of the second movie. It worked.

I almost broke my neck just watching that dude. Mad, mad, mad skills. I’d like to see him do some of that shit on a Segway, though.
